Directions: To
St Gregory's Church, St James Square
From: M5 Junction 11 (travelling northwards)
Take Junction 11, A40 towards Cheltenham.
Follow A40 (Oxford) over all junctions past TGI Friday, a Shell garage
and the police station on your right.
You will see another Shell garage on a roundabout to your right, continue
straight past, sign posted
A40 Oxford / A435 Evesham.
At the next junction take the second left into Parabola Road (The Bank
of Scotland will be on your left, Morgan Associates on your right) follow
the road round to the left and then it forks right and turns into Bayshill
Road by the Hotel Kandinsky.
Go straight over the next set of traffic lights into St George's Place
Take second left into St James Square, turn right at the roundabout and
the Church is 150m on
the right.
From: M5 Junction 10 (travelling
southwards)
Take Junction 10, follow
the A4019 past Uckington into Cheltenham
After crossing the railway bridge (B&Q on the right) go straight over
the next three sets of traffic lights until you go UNDER a railway bridge
The road veers to the left, move into the right hand lane and go straight
across another set of lights into the Lower High Street.
At the mini round about you turn right into Ambrose Street, with St Gregory's
facing you.
At the next double mini-roundabout turn right then left passed the Church
(on your left).
From: London or A40
Follow the A40 signs (very
carefully.) straight into the Town Centre follow the Ring Road.
Go straight over the traffic lights at junction of Hales Road and Junctions
of Hewlett Road
Follow road round to the left passed group of Estate Agents, (Alan &
Harris, Taylors/Andrews) take the RIGHT hand lane . Road turns right through
another set of Traffic lights passed the Town Hall (on your left go straight
over the Promenade into St Georges Road.
Road bends to right but
you go straight on passed the Ladies College up to the junction with Bayshill
Road.
Turn RIGHT.
Take second left into St James Square, turn right at the roundabout and
the Church is 150m on
the right.
